I offer a safe and confidential space for individual therapy both in person and online. I am a qualified BACP Registered, Counsellor and Psychotherapist with an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from The Minster Center.

 

I provide an Integrative relational psychotherapeutic approach. My training has covered psycho-dynamic therapy, existentialism, person centred, body psychotherapy, attachment and contemporary relational psychotherapy. This allows me to provide a reflexive therapy space that is tailored to each individuals needs. I am particularly interested in working with trauma and have trauma-informed approach.

 

I offer support for a wide range of issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosexual issues, loss and bereavement, gender issues, panic attacks, addiction, childhood neglect, pain, creative blocks, relationship difficulties, OCD, ADHD, Autism, PMDD and more.

I have worked for The Minster Centre's Low Cost Therapy Service and have two years experience in working as a counsellor with ELOP an LGBTQ+ counselling service.

I have worked as a Guest Tutor, Psychotherapy BA at Westminster University. I also have over 10 years experience in working as a practicing artist and arts facilitator working with individuals and a diverse range of community groups to facilitate spaces which help to cultivate and nurture creativity and collaboration. I have a particular interest in supporting clients to access and reclaim their own creativity, imagination and sense of play.
